Shauna L. Dillenbeck, CPA, is the driving force behind SLJ Profit Consulting. With almost two decades of experience in financial management, auditing, and financial due diligence, Shauna has dedicated her career to providing exceptional financial consulting services to small businesses and the underserved.

Shauna and her Husband Nick are also acquisition entrepreneurs and know the grueling effort it takes to search for that perfect business. Nick retired from the Air Force after 20 years of service, WORK and we came to realize that Acquisition Entrepreneurship is an excellent idea for those exiting the military with no clear path to the next chapter of their career. We believe in the power of education, support, and strive to support the underserved. That means the small businesses that big firms won’t touch, supporting Women and Veterans in their acquisition journey and truly, anyone else that would love to have that personalized and hands on experience.
Nick specializes in manufacturing and logistics as well as standard operating procedures, process efficiency and improvement, and operational leadership.
